The iSeeLIve Trial is provided by iSee VC Pty Ltd (ABN 70 166 827 318) (iSee VC or our, us, we)

Please take the time to read these terms and conditions. By using Our Website, Services and information offered on Our Website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

The iSeeLive Trial Terms and conditions comprise of both the standard iSeeLive Terms and Conditions at https://iseelive.com/TermsAndConditions and the following additional terms and conditions. Accepting the iSeeLive Trial Terms and conditions means you have agreed to accept both the standard teams and the iSee Trial Terms and Conditions.

iSeeLive Trial Specific Terms and Conditions 

The iSeeLive Trial is provided with no warranties guarantees. The iSeelive Trial can be terminated at any time without warning by iSee VC Pty Ltd. iSeeLive has no obligation to provide the Trial service.

iSee VC Pty can terminate your access to the iSeeLive trial service at any time without notice.

The iSeeLive Trial is not moderated and by accepting theses terms and pressing Submit on the iSeeLive Trial Sign Up page at https://iseelive.com/pages/trial-sign-up you accept responsibility for the conduct of participants in your trial space.

You must be over 21 years of age to setup an iSeeLive Trial and only permit users who are over 21 years of age to participate in your Trial.

You accept that representatives from iSee VC can visit a Trial session at any time.

You accept that iSee VC Pty Ltd may use images and videos of Trial venues for marketing purposes.

You may terminate your Trial at any time by emailing support@iseevc.com supplying to email address and the two links that were provided to you.

By commencing a iSeeLive Trial you agree that you and your guest will uphold the iSeeLive Acceptable Online Conduct Guidelines

Our platform is a digital classroom built for learning, collaboration, and growth. To ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all, every user must follow these guidelines.

1. Respect and Kindness

  • Be courteous: Treat everyone with the same respect you would show them in a physical space.
  • No bullying or harassment: Bullying, name-calling, hate speech, discrimination, or exclusion of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • Think before you type: Keep chat messages, comments, and shared files helpful, polite, and relevant to the lesson.

2. Academic Focus and Engagement

  • Stay on topic: Use the video, audio, and chat features only for classroom activities and learning.

3. Privacy and Digital Security

  • Protect your identity: Never share your iSeeLive password, meeting links, or personal information (like your home address or phone number).
  • No recording: You are strictly prohibited from taking screenshots, photos, or recording videos of other people without explicit permission.
  • Keep meetings secure: Do not invite or share meeting links with anyone who you don’t trust.

4. Appropriate Settings and Dress

  • Dress for school: Ensure your clothing is appropriate for a standard school environment when your camera is turned on.
  • Choose a safe space: Sit in a quiet, common area of your home if possible. Keep your camera background neutral and free of inappropriate items or images.
